Take a Tour
CIS is open from 9 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Friday, and we can accommodate your busy schedule otherwise by appointment. We recommend you tour when activities are at their peak, after 9:30am and before 2pm. Call us at (818) 772-1155 to arrange a tour or email us at cis@cisadp.org

Sponsorships and Donations
CIS is a non-profit agency. You and/or your organization can ensure the highly enriched services CIS delivers to low income seniors with aging challenges and people with disabilities. Service contracts alone only assist to meet minimum standards of support. You can dedicate a tax-deductable gift to the general program or earmark it for any of the program?s initiatives, learning opportunities, classes, activities, care coordination, transportation or staffing. Beyond financial contributions, CIS always has a need for vehicles and various items and materials for our programs.

Good Volunteers are a precious and valuable commodity in the service we provide. There are opportunities to help in a variety of ways at our day program or on the Board and its committees. There are also annual events to staff and organize. Suggest an idea and we can make a place for you. Let us know your thoughts on how you can best be of service.

Our primary needs at this time are helping to tutor with basic skills in the Computer Learning Center (bi-lingual English/Spanish helpful) and assisting our more challenged participants to fully participate in other aspects of program. We need community actors to perform in our unique integrated drama program. Actors, contact Bob or Andy at (818) 772-1155 to discuss your experience, time commitments for rehearsals etc.

We are always open to business and community partnerships leading to synergistic win/win situations. Additionally, we hold that the people we support deserve the full array of services that the community can offer. We can lift barriers for companies and organizations that want to get involved; let us provide technical assistance to help you feel comfortable working with the populations we serve.

Employment
